Returns

At Be Deva customer satisfaction is our priority.

If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to bedeva23@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault, and also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition with packaging and also unworn/not used.

Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur.

Wear and tear over time is normal and is not considered a fault. The jewellery and textiles should be handled, stored, and cleaned with care. If you find that your product has a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair, refund, or exchange your item providing the item has been purchased within 1 month. An email must be sent to bedeva23@gmail.com with proof of purchase, a photo and description of the fault, for the return to then be approved by Be Deva.
